BEC’s product portfolio is growing in line with customer requirements and technological progress.

Therefore we are able to find a suitable solution for almost every application as well as the optimum material and to respond to almost every customer request.

Over the years, our team of technicians has visited many supplier plants. From this pool, however, only a few manufacturing plants have passed the qualification process and meet BEC’s high quality standards. To ensure that this remains so in the future, we check the ongoing production in BEC’s own laboratory at regular intervals and ensure that the material composition as well as the specifications are adhered to in series production.

In consultation with the customer, changes to the current series are also possible if rapid action is required due to changed requirements or market situations. Thus, in times of rising raw material prices, a traditionally produced material can be replaced by a modern one that makes do with significantly lower proportions of heavy rare earths but is subject to a different production process.

Other parameters such as geometry, tolerances, etc. can also be changed during the ongoing process in coordination with the plant.

Sampling started parallel to series production quickly provides information as to whether the change made has achieved the desired positive effect or whether further adjustments are necessary.
